Our Story
Fathers First was created from a powerful belief: when fathers are present, families become stronger and communities thrive.
Across the country, millions of children grow up without a father in the home. This absence often leads to challenges that affect not only families, but entire communities. Fathers First was founded to help change that story by empowering men to embrace the role, responsibility, and impact of fatherhood.
Our mission is to connect, support, and equip fathers with the tools they need to lead with love, guidance, and strength. Through mentorship, resources, and community support, we work to restore the power of fatherhood and create a future where every child has the opportunity to grow with support and belonging.

At Fathers First, our mission is to empower fathers to be present, engaged, and intentional in the lives of their children. We know that father absence has a profound impact—studies show that children without fathers are more likely to struggle in school, face emotional challenges, and encounter higher risks of incarceration or suicide. Every child deserves the guidance, support, and love of a father, and every father deserves the tools and community to rise to that role.
We work to strengthen families by equipping fathers with the resources, mentorship, and encouragement they need to lead with purpose and love. From practical guidance to emotional support, we help fathers overcome challenges, build healthy relationships, and create a lasting impact in the lives of their children.
