Behavioral health, life skills, social-emotional learning, narrative therapy, and accountability every day.
Daily Group Sessions
Personalized support and planning with case managers available daily to every resident.
Individual Case Management
Employment readiness training, job placement support, and transportation options.
Supportive Employment
Structured support to help fathers rebuild and maintain relationships with their children and co-parents.
Family Reintegration
UA testing, accountability structure, curfew, and a progressive discipline system in a sober environment.
Licensed Recovery Support
Budgeting, financial goal-setting, household management, and daily living skills training.
Financial Literacy
Referral & intake
Self-refer or be referred by a community partner. Submit the online referral form or send us an email. We review every inquiry and respond within 2 business days. If there's a potential fit, our team will conduct a brief pre-screen call to assess readiness and placement.
9-month structured program
Structured transitional housing with daily programming, case management, group sessions, and life skills training in a sober living environment. Residents work toward employment, financial stability, and family reintegration.
3-month grace period
After completing the core program, residents receive additional time to build savings and finalize their transition plan before moving to independent living.
Independence & reintegration
Residents exit the program with stronger family ties, stable employment, a community support network, and the tools for long-term success.
Built For Fathers Who Are Ready
This is not a shelter and not a detox program. Fathers First is designed for men who are already maintaining sobriety and are committed to doing the work.

⚠️ This program is strictly for adult men. Children are not permitted to reside in the home at any time. If you are a father looking to reconnect with your kids while rebuilding your life, this program was built for you but the house itself is an adult-only environment.
